Objective of job:
61 To lead and support the end-to-end implementation of digital transformation initiatives by managing projects and analyzing business requirements, ensuring the successful delivery and adoption of digital solutions across the organization (e.g., HR, Finance, Purchasing, Logistic business domains).
Job Description:
As Project Management Specialist:
61 Lead digital transformation projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within scope and budget.
61 Facilitate workshops, user interviews, and stakeholder meetings to align project objectives.
61 Develop and maintain project plans, work packages, timelines, risk logs, and communication plans.
61 Monitor project performance and manage stakeholders’ expectations.
As Business Analyst:
61 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to elicitate, gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
61 Research, assess and propose solutions which meet both business requirements and cost-effective needs.
61 Translate business needs into functional
