SMVS IE Engineer
What will you do if join us?
1. Identify and realize the optimization potentials for Assembly workshops
2. Cooperate with respective production managers to realize production line layout optimization and updating according to actual business demand.
3. Responsible for manufacturing fixtures and tools development, including WI description or other production related documents creation and updates, etc.
4. Support and coordinate new projects (incl. IoT projects) implementation regarding automation and digitalization in GIS Plant.
Who are we looking for?
1. Bachelor’s degree or above. Major in industrial engineering or equivalent experience
2. At least 5 years’ experience in industrial engineering, lean production, kaizen or equivalent experience.
3. Familiar with basic IE knowledge, continuous improvement, line balance, ergonomics.
4. General expertise in basic software (CAD, Excel).
5. Good communication skills in spoken and written English.
6. Experience about manufacturing line design and planning will be preferred.
7. Background with Industry 4.0 or machine automation, or robot is a plus.
