Position Overview
Join L'Oréal's Skincare OD Development Team as a key contributor to innovative LID OD skin projects. This role ensures technical excellence, seamless formula development, and timely market launches while upholding L'Oréal's quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate cross-functionally with LID DMI, vendors, evaluation teams, PD, OD corporate, sourcing, and global OD labs
* Manage project timelines and milestones to ensure smooth progression from concept to commercialization
* Maintain strong vendor partnerships for consistent product quality and timely information updates
* Oversee launch product quality validation including stability, compatibility, microbiological testing, HMs, and specification establishment
* Monitor competitor products, track marketing trends, and gather consumer insights through regular collaboration with relevant Loreal teams. Keep exchanging with LID team for all these information.
