YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Play a key role in eCommerce account and distributor management.Own the strategic partnership with both customers and partners.
Manage the distributor, including sell in, sell out, inventory, channel penetration, etc., to drive the sales performance and deliver the target
Distribution and Channel expansion Explore new business opportunity with expanding business to new platforms, new stores, new models with external partners to find new growth engine, explore the capable distributor according to different channel and category characteristic.
Clear strategy and KPI set up/ sales plans execution.Play a key role in monitoring and steering the performance of key distributor/channel by regular sales results review, marketing analysis and improvement
WHO YOU ARE
Bachelor degree or above
At least 4 years working experience in FMCG and healthcare industry with EC channel (Ali/JD/Emerging) management experience is preferred
Strong ownership on resulting driving and strong capability on planning, engaging, execution and tracking
Effective working in a fast paced and changing environment
Strong ability in building trust and influencing to both internal and external partners
Demonstrating strong learning capabilities on new skills, new methodology etc.
Fluent in English both in oral and written.
