Main responsibilities,
· Perform site security conformity audits.
· Evaluate gaps and work with the site security specialists on security
management structure, information security and physical security.
· Perform induction training, inform, and monitor security training of
employees.
· Raise awareness on security policies, train staff and conduct security
related communication plan in China HQ and sites.
· Cooperate with information/cyber security dept. and legal dept. on above
topics.
· Perform awareness monitoring tests.
· Alert and report on any new identified risks and the progress of mitigation
actions.
· Run external benchmark actions.
· Lead China HQ office physical security.
· Performs any other assignment as required and detailed by the security
director.
Key expected achievements:
· A contribution is made to the creation or updating of group guidelines and
requirements.
· A regulatory oversight process is in placed to implement the obligations of
the entities in the area.
· The level of compliance of the region's entities with laws/regulations and
Michelin requirements is monitored.
· Security risks of the region are under control and improving each year.
· Security policies are deployed and monitored for all activities in region
(Industry, Supply Chain, Sales, Distribution...).
· Support on deployment of new group policies.
· Indicators of the domains are reliable and representative and aligned with
objectives (Awareness, Phishing campaigns, Security training) for the region.
· Deployment of initiatives, actions, programs to make breakthroughs or faster
progress.
Additional Job Description
· Bachelor or above, over 5 years of working experience in security domain.
· Industrial experience (organization and processes).
· Experience in a management system.
· Strong communication skills in English, French is a plus.
